Rule 10
Renewal Fee
“(1) License Renewal Fee Schedule 11A. will be as specified in
(2) In case of renewal without delay of the period specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 9, the following additional fee will be charged for the following period:--
(a) One hundred and twenty-five of the renewal (renewal) documents within thirty-five days after the expiration of the period (b) One hundred and fifty of the renewal (renewal) documents for three months after the expiration of the period according to clause (a) and (c) After the expiration of the period according to the clause (b) of the same year Same as renewal fee until the end. B10a. Special Provisions Regarding Renewal: (1) If the license holder is unable to renew the license within the period specified in clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 10 due to special circumstances, if the licensee applies to the district administration office, the following period shall be charged as per rule 10 from the date of expiry of the said period. In addition to the fee, it can be renewed by taking the following additional fee. (a) Five hundred rupees up to one year. (b) 0 one thousand rupees for two years (c) 0 one thousand five hundred rupees for three years (d) 22 thousand rupees for 4 years (e) 22 thousand five hundred rupees for 5 years
(1a) If the licensee who has not been able to renew the license within the period as per Clause (e) of sub-rule (1) and submits an application for the last time by the end of June 2079, showing reasonable reasons for the non-renewal, two thousand and five hundred for each financial year in addition to the fee charged as per rule 10. The license will be renewed by charging an additional fee of Rs.
(2) If the license is not renewed within the period specified in sub-rule “(1A), the license shall be automatically revoked and such » arms, equipment shall be confiscated.
(2) In case of renewal without delay of the period specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 9, the following additional fee will be charged for the following period:--
